3 Weeks

Develop the key tools needed by young actors: the body, the voice, and the imagination. Through a series of theatre exercises and structured classes, you will expand your abilities and discover your potential as an actor, while gaining confidence as a performer.

You'll have the unique opportunity to work on both stage and screen. Expert actors and educators will broaden your technique in a beautiful, active, and immersive setting.

1 Week

Auditions can be nerve-wracking. During this intensive, our expert faculty prepare you to channel that energy and successfully navigate the audition process. You will develop the skills, confidence, and poise to thrive when auditioning. You will learn especially to master the college audition process.

6 Weeks

In this six-week program for students in grades 6-8, you'll develop your skills in acting, voice, and physical characterization. You'll learn how to connect truthfully with a partner on stage, and to honestly pursue an action. Your summer will culminate with you performing in a fully produced play, in front of a public audience!

6 Weeks

Are you ready to immerse yourself in theatre? Our six-week repertory theatre production program is a chance for serious young actors to work with world-class faculty to fine-tune their skills, connect with other artists, and plan for a future in the performing arts.

Explore how costume designers help tell their characters' stories by what they wear on stage. Learn how costumers work collaboratively with a theatre design and production team to help create new, visual worlds?while taking both the performer and the viewer to another place and time.

Are you planning to apply to university or conservatory musical theatre programs? This one-week intensive is a great opportunity to jump-start your college audition process. You'll study with professional artists, gain practical audition experience, and learn how to approach auditions with confidence. You'll leave with rehearsed audition material, and will perform in a final showcase.

4 Weeks

Have you ever wanted to perform in a musical? At Interlochen Arts Camp, you'll do just that. In this program, you'll rehearse, prepare, and perform in a musical theatre production with new friends from all over the world. Sing, dance, and act your way through summer!

6 Weeks

In this six-week program designed for students in grades 6-8, you'll further develop your skills in acting, singing, and dancing. Your summer will culminate with you performing in a live, fully produced musical theatre production!

6 Weeks

The Musical Theatre program is designed for students with moderate experience in musical theatre. You'll work with high-caliber instructors to study techniques in singing, acting, and dancing.

Musical Theatre brings stories to life with energy, passion, and spirit. During this three-week program, you will study advanced techniques in singing, acting, and dancing. Our students work with professional artists and expert instructors to engage their abilities and develop new skills.

1 Week

Explore the key techniques to becoming an actor, singer, and dancer. The Musical Theatre Techniques Intensive takes students through a deep exploration of these vital skills under the supportive guidance of an experienced team of musical theatre professionals. This week-long program ends with a fun, fast-paced showcase presentation.

Explore the exciting intersection of the written word and live-action performance. Our intensive will guide you to the top of your writing game as you compose and perfect a new one-act play.

Explore musical theatre from a different perspective and discover a new creative outlet as you write original songs. In this one-week program, you?ll learn how to tell stories through songs, develop your songwriting practice, and share your work with other passionate theatre artists. You?ll also work collaboratively to create duets and group numbers.

Have you ever wondered how sound designers create powerful soundscapes that transport audiences to new worlds? Discover secrets of the sound design industry in a one-week intensive that teaches you the process from start to finish through expert instruction and hands-on experience.

3 Weeks

The three-week summer program is your opportunity to get hands-on experience in multiple areas of theatre design, production, and technology. You'll learn from professionals who are leaders in the fields of lighting design, set design, sound design and engineering, and stage management.

3 Weeks

Spend your summer getting hands-on experience in all aspects of theatre production ? including costume, set, lighting, and sound design. You will be immersed in your art and help design a fully-realized show for live, public performances at the end of the session.

4 Weeks

If you've ever wanted to perform onstage, Junior Theatre Production is the program for you. In this four-week program, you'll take acting classes, rehearse, and perform in a play with new friends from all over the globe. Explore the world of theatre this summer!

For two weeks, you'll have the opportunity to create new worlds, transform into characters, and dive deep into your imagination with other young actors from around the world. Get ready to play, practice, and perform!
