Creative writing summer programs offer students the opportunity to study poetry, fiction, non-fiction, screenwriting and playwriting in a supportive environment of fellow writers.

Develop and grow in a positive and focused environment. Student choose an emphasis in either ballet or modern dance summer programs. -
General arts programs provide students in grades 3-9 a rich and diverse experience in the arts. -
Study the fundamental components of production and screenwriting in the most advanced facilities available to high school students. -
Interlochen offers a variety of summer music programs, lead by a faculty of distinguished teachers, renowned conductors and notable guest artists. -
Summer theatre programs offer opportunities to study acting, repertory theatre, musical theatre, and stage design and production with top artists and educators in the field. -
Visual arts summer programs attract talented faculty, staff and students to create an environment focused on the exchange of artists values, ideas and aesthetics.

The motion picture arts program at Interlochen Center for the Arts is seeking film submissions for the third annual Future of Cinema International Film Festival. The festival is open to all high school students.
Interlochen seeks nurses for the summer 2010 camp season. Contracts are 2-6 weeks long, and a tuition discount for children is available.
Thirty-six Interlochen students and alumni were honored by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts during the 2009-10 YoungArts program. Fourteen Interlochen Campers and Arts Academy students were selected as finalists and 22 received honorable mentions.
