Mr. Reese is also highly regarded as an orchestral musician who has performed on multiple occasions with the New York Philharmonic, the Cleveland Orchestra, and the Boston Symphony. He has performed at many of the world’s most prestigious summer festivals including Tanglewood, Ravinia, Blossom, Marlboro, and the Pacific Music Festival.  He currently spends his summer as a faculty member at the Interlochen Arts Camp. Mr. Reese appears on numerous recordings with the Empire Brass and has recorded with John Williams and the Boston Pops.

My objective as a teacher is to train confident, flexible trumpeters that are ready to pursue lives in music. I educate students to think conceptually, encouraging a consistent approach to air, sound, efficiency, and music-making that they can apply to all music they encounter.
