In this Musical Theatre Revue Program you will work with a team of theatre professionals as you are immersed in the world of Broadway classics and music from the Golden Age. Each day begins with a physical and vocal warm up and a 4-hour rehearsal block building an original musical revue for the group. Students participate in afternoon masterclasses in a variety of musical theatre dance styles while honing audition basics, improving vocal technique and performance skills, strengthening acting fundamentals and enjoying theatre games and exercises. At the end of the session, you and your fellow students will present a high-energy performance of hand picked musical selections in the beautiful open air Upton-Morley Pavilion.
