During the three-week musical theatre workshop summer program, you will expand your singing, acting, and dancing skills as you work with experienced instructors and other talented students to prepare a showcase musical revue.
Designed for students with moderate theatre experience, this program will help you take the next steps in your theatre training. At its heart are the musical theatre workshop rehearsals, which encompass vocal work and movement, and the daily acting technique class.
Round out your experience with one elective class. Options include classes in music, theatre, dance, creative writing, motion picture arts, and more. View list of elective options. You will also have many opportunities to enjoy presentations in a variety of art forms by other students, faculty, and guest artists.
The three week session culminates with two public performances of a high-energy, highly entertaining musical revue. It includes repertoire from classic and contemporary musical theatre, with opportunities for solo, duet, and ensemble performance.
