Jennifer McQuiston Lott earned her BFA in Ballet Performance from Indiana University, and recently completed her MFA in Dance at the University of California, Irvine. Professional credits include Groundworks Dancetheater, Armitage Gone! Dance, Inlet Dance Theatre, Collective Body Dance Lab, Eglevsky Ballet, Terra Firma Dance, and others. Her choreography and dance films have been presented across the country and globe in festivals and concerts, including the Laguna Dance Festival, Celebrate Brooklyn!, Cleveland’s Ingenuity Festival, the Thang Dao Dance Festival, Chen Dance Center’s Newsteps series, and in film festivals in New York, Germany, Brazil, New Haven, CT and Boston, MA. Jennifer is a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor, and an ABT® Certified Teacher in Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. In 2010, she founded a project-based dance company called Lottdance. In 2012, she co-founded and co-directed the Traverse City Dance Project, a residency for 12 professional dance artists in Traverse City, MI.
