Clarence McDorman holds a Master's degree in ABT Ballet Pedagogy from New York University and American Ballet Theatre. Professional dancer credits include Nevada Ballet Theatre, Ballet Hawaii, Lyric Opera of Chicago, and Ruth Page Ballet. He is currently Ballet Master for Ballet Ensemble of Texas and serves on faculty at Ballet Academy of Texas and the School of Classical & Contemporary Dance at Texas Christian University. Previously, he was Ballet Master for Birmingham Ballet and was on faculty at Birmingham Ballet Academy. Guest teaching: ABT National Audition Tour, University of Iowa, Arkansas Academy of Dance, Naples Ballet; Choreography: works for Ballet Ensemble of Texas, Arkansas Festival Ballet and the musical "Fairy Tales" at WPA Theatre off-Broadway. Clarence is an ABT® Affiliate Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 7 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum and has successfully presented students for examinations.
