Alexandra Matloff is recognized as a versatile soloist, chamber musician, orchestral musician, and educator. She is currently on the faculty at the Chicago High School for the Arts and the Chicago Center for Music Education as a registered Suzuki teacher. Additionally, Alexandra has held positions at Carthage College, Florida State University, Point CounterPoint Chamber Music Camp, the Innsbrook Institute, and the Tallahassee Youth Orchestras.

Alexandra’s solo and chamber music performances have taken her throughout the United States and Canada. She has held positions with the Eppes String Quartet, the Eastern Music Festival String Fellowship Quartet, and the ChiME String Quartet and has collaborated with members of the JACK Quartet, the American Modern Ensemble, and the International Contemporary Ensemble. As an orchestral musician, she has performed with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Eastern Music Festival Faculty Orchestra, and the Mobile Symphony Orchestra.
