The 2012 Interlochen Summer Institute was held the week of June 16-22. The Interlochen Institute program is a one-week intensive session that provides opportunities for highly motivated students to work with world-class faculty in many arts disciplines. Students participate in daily master classes, private lessons and student and faculty performances. The Institute gives students a chance to work in a focused environment and provides a glimpse of the type of curriculum at the Arts Camp and Arts Academy. Students can choose to attend a one-week Institute as a standalone program or continue on to a multi-week program at Interlochen Arts Camp.
