This program is open to students who will complete grades 3-6 during the 2009-10 school year and will be at least 8 years old at the beginning of Camp.

Admission: 

Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and candidates are notified on a rolling basis. Openings are limited, so early application is encouraged.

Overview

Creative exploration and the development of individual potential are the primary goals of theatre production. Students will experience the importance of collaboration and teamwork in the preparation of a performance.

Working with members of the theatre faculty, campers learn and use fundamental acting techniques and skills to rehearse and perform a play. Script choices are made from classical youth theatre repertoire. All campers enrolled in the production program also take an acting class.
